Hanging out
Because of work, I hanged out with Mavis Fan (范曉萱) till 4 am yesterday.......
This was the first time I met Mavis in person.
She looked a bit cool in the beginning and then I found she was a smart and lovely girl.
We had dinner together and then went to Karaoke afterwards......
Could have never guessed that my first time playing Taiwan mahjong was with Mavis and her mom .
They both were really good at that!
Luckily, I just lost my boss' money, hee hee......

Mavis chose a few Faye Wong's songs to sing,
Her voice was really very sweet.

A Big Mistake
My biggest mistake is I have talked too much and expressed myself too freely......
I've got to understand that there is a kind of people whom you can't tell everything no matter how close you are, unless you want everyone to know about it.....
I'd better keep my mouth shut and wear my "happy face" mask from now on....
Perhaps, I should care more about myself and live my own life......

Brainteaser
Bought a very interesting book today.
"Su Doku" is a numerical puzzle which is very popular in Japan and England.
It's a game of logic which is deceptive simple and a good exercise for the brain.
I just tried the first few puzzles which were fairly easy yet somehow fun and addictive. ( I had planned to do one game one night but I turned out to have done a few)
Looking forward to the more difficult puzzles at the back....

The Way Home

Oh! I just love it!!!
The film is about:
An old grandma & A young grandson
The simple country life & The fulfilled city life
Patience & Temper
Sacrifice & Asking for
......
Afterall, it's all about "Love"
"The Way Home" - A Korean Film (2002)
Directed by Lee Jung-hyang
It's a film with a simple story but carefully designed details.
All the scenes are very neat and nicely presented.
It's a sad film but dotted with humour.
I just couldn't control the smile on my lips and the tears from my eyes......
I was so moved!
